WooCommerce and Canal partner to empower merchants to grow together
Today, we’re thrilled to share that our integration with WooCommerce is live: Woo merchants can now install Canal for WooCommerce on the Woo Extension Store to get started selling third party products powered by Canal.
This extension launch is the latest development in a strategic partnership between WooCommerce and Canal to empower merchants to sell anything, anywhere.
The partnership between Woo and Canal is a natural one. As the leading open ecommerce platform, WooCommerce has flexibility and openness engrained in its DNA. Woo powers more than 3.9 million small and medium-sized businesses worldwide–unlocking the value of scalable ecommerce for these ambitious brands. Household name-brands like Nutribullet, Weber, and Airstream rely on WooCommerce to grow their online businesses.

Now with the Canal for WooCommerce extension, Woo merchants can unlock third party product selling to grow sales and brand equity. With Canal, these merchants can join as either Storefronts (to sell other brands’ products on their sites) or Suppliers (to allow other brands to sell their products).
On our platform and with the support of the Canal team, they discover new brand partners, negotiate and set partnership terms, and sell novel products for additional revenue on their websites.
